The voter registration deadline for the March 19 primary election is February 20. Check your voter registration to make sure you're all set to cast your vote in the March primary!
REQUEST AN ABSENTEE BALLOT TO VOTE BY MAIL
Any registered Ohio voter can vote by mail with absentee ballot by filling out an application to do so by March 12. After submitting an application, voters will receive their absentee ballot in the mail. You can vote by mail using the last 4 digits of your Social Security — you do not need a photo ID. The absentee ballot must be postmarked by March 18 or returned in person to the county Board of Elections by 7:30pm on March 19.
VOTE IN PERSON — EARLY STARTING FEBRUARY 21 OR ON ELECTION DAY MARCH 19
Early voting begins February 21 at each county's early vote location. Polls are open on Election Day March from 6:30am to 7:30pm. In order to vote in person, you MUST have a valid photo ID (Ohio Driver's License or State ID, U.S. Passport, U.S. or County Military Card).
